April 3, 2023 – Digital Onboarding, the SaaS company helping more than 100 financial institutions deepen their customer relationships, announced today that the Digital Onboarding adoption platform is now accessible through the Jack HenryTM digital banking platform.
Digital Onboarding leveraged the Banno Digital ToolkitTM, the same set of APIs the Banno Digital PlatformTM is built on, to embed its technology into the digital experiences offered by community and regional financial institutions. Access to Jack Henry’s API, design, and authenticated frameworks has enabled Digital Onboarding to integrate directly into the digital banking platform, providing a seamless banking experience. This integration contributes to Jack Henry’s growing ecosystem of over 850 fintechs, providing approximately 8,000 financial institutions with relevant financial products and services for their account holders.
The Digital Onboarding adoption platform turns account openers into deep and profitable relationships. Messages, personalized microsites, digital banking promotional units, and self-service enrollment tools make adopting account-related services and additional products easy.
Financial institutions that use the Banno Digital Platform can now display Digital Onboarding personalized promotional units and self-service enrollment tools inside digital banking. Customers and members can enroll in direct deposit in seconds, update default payment methods at multiple merchants at once, opt in to receive text messages, and more. Analytics are synchronized whether an account holder completes an action inside digital banking or via a Digital Onboarding personalized microsite. Customers and members are presented with the same next best action inside digital banking and via the Digital Onboarding platform - opening a product, adopting a service, or learning something new.
"Bank and credit union marketers that personalize their messages and deliver them consistently across channels will prevail over institutions that rely on generic marketing,” said Jennifer Packard, Chief Product Officer, Digital Onboarding. “We collaborated with Jack Henry to give institutions that use the Banno Digital Platform the ability to deliver enrollment tools and personalized promotional units that drive product and service adoption. The platform is fully automated, so it always presents customers and members with offers and education that are relevant to where they are in their financial journey.”
The Digital Onboarding adoption platform was named the Salesforce Accelerate Pitch Competition Winner, FIS Fintech Accelerator MVP Award Winner, Mass Challenge Silver Award Winner, and CreditUnion.com’s Innovation Series Winner (Digital).
