Digital Marketing Manager
REMOTE (US based) | Full-time
We are hiring a leader to craft ABM strategies and scale digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager will work with in-house creative and operations teams to strategize and deploy:
- Prospect & customer email campaigns
- Third-party email blasts
- Targeted digital marketing (Account Based Marketing - ABM)
- Strategic digital advertising experiments
- Website (digitalonboarding.com) & social media analytics & optimization
Role Specifics
- With the CMO, plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing.
- Identify viable digital demand generation & capture strategies we can roll out/scale.
- Formulate & lead our digital ABM strategy to achieve desired cost-per-opportunity outcomes.
- Leverage the CRM (Salesforce), external data sources, & our platform to report on success.
- Use our platform to create segments & drip campaigns. Leverage platform Insights to suggest optimizations.
- Deploy email campaigns from our platform. (Emails are written & designed by other team members).
- Track & analyze website performance. Recommend optimization strategies.
- Integrate live chat into our website and oversee it to ensure it’s properly managed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience
- Expertise in leveraging Salesforce.com & marketing platforms
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with solid project management & prioritization skills
- Highly analytical - able to cull insights from large data sets
- A passion for staying on top of innovations & trends
- Strong sense of creativity & imagination
