Sales & Marketing Operations Manager
REMOTE (US based) | Full-time
Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Sales Officer, you will assist with administrative duties in Salesforce.com, by being the company’s Salesforce.com admin, primarily responsible for building out sales and marketing processes, reports and dashboards, but also supporting the business with their Salesforce.com management needs.
In this role you will purchase and integrate external financial institution data sources, help to maintain data accuracy, ensure adherence to standard marketing and sales processes, and create standard and ad hoc sales and marketing reports and dashboards. Support marketing efforts, with segmentation creation and list updates, based on new and purchased contacts, as well as campaign building in Salesforce.com, campaign member structure, and lead source attribution. With close alignment with marketing activities, and with the marketing team, you will assist in the creation and management of sales email and calling campaigns. You will also assist in managing the sales forecasting processes, sales territory assignments, sales tool creation, and new sales onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce.com CRM administration for the entire Digital Onboarding organization
- User profile creation and management
- Field, button, and page layout creation, updates and ongoing maintenance
- Workflows, triggers, process builder creation that aligns with each business area’s processes
- Dashboards that help the business manage KPIs and KPMs
- Prospect/customer data acquisition, cleansing, and management
- Support sales, with Return on Investment (ROI), analysis with prospects
- Sales forecasting, dashboards, and other business reporting
- Sales process definitions, documentation and maintenance
- Sales and marketing tool research, implementation, and training
- Territory analysis and recommendations for updates
- Assist in the onboarding of new sales hires
- Prospect email and calling campaign strategy, support, and analysis
- Marketing segmentation creation and maintenance
- Marketing Salesforce.com campaign building, member structure and lead source attribution and influences
- Marketing campaign building, member structure and lead source attribution and influences
- Marketing support in sending and analyzing email campaigns
- Maintain and execute the current process for engagement scoring
- Ensure sales and sales development representative awareness, on all marketing activities into their territory
- Manage marketing activity follow-up, with sales and sales development rep
- Continually review and make updates where needed to the marketing activity follow-up, to ensure the best lead to opportunity conversion rates
- Marketing Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience
- Salesforce.com Administrator certified is preferred, but not mandatory with the experience above
- Any and all Salesforce.com certifications are desired, especially in marketing, sales, and administration / set up
- 7+ years experience in a marketing program, sales enablement, sales or marketing operations role is required
- 7+ years of experience in working in Salesforce.com to support the above roles
- Any experience working with Financial Institutions, is preferred but not mandatory
- History of successfully implementing sales pipeline, forecasting, calling and task management best practices
- Experience with creating complex reports and dashboards that track to the business’ needs
Skills
- Salesforce.com admin experience, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce.com user and profile management
- Salesforce.com field and button creation, page layouts, workflow, triggers, process builder experience
- Salesfore.com data import and data management experience
- Adding plug-ins and tools
- Salesforce.com experience, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce.com campaign creation, member set-up and management, for consistent tracking across multiple efforts
- Salesforce.com complex reporting and dashboard creation
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills is a must
- Experiencing in writing sales and marketing communications, is preferred but not required
- Ability to research and analyze information and turn that into clear and actionable quantitative insights, that help drive results
